The renowned BirdLife Australia photography contest has announced the winners of the 2023 edition, and the images are breathtaking.

This year, the contest received over 6,000 entries and selected nine winners from each category from a list of 68 photos.
The categories included “Backyard Birds,” “Bird Behavior,” “Bird Portrait,” “Birds in Flight,” “Birds in the Landscape,” “Special Theme: Wading Birds of Australian Floodplains,” “Youth,” and “Human Impact.”
